TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR A HOLIDAY COTTAGE BOOKING ...

We hope that you enjoy your stay at Lower Grisedale Lodge. The following are our terms and conditions for any booking made by telephone, email or in writing.

* A non-returnable deposit is required to confirm your booking or else we reserve the right to re-let the cottage.

* The balance is due six weeks before you arrive.

* Arrival time is 4.00 pm and departure time is
10.00 am.

* Please leave the cottage clean and tidy when you depart and inform us of any breakages.

* If you cancel your holiday more than six weeks
before the date of your arrival, your deposit will not be refunded.

* If you cancel your holiday less than six weeks before
the date of your arrival, your deposit will not be refunded. The balance payment will be due unless we can re-let the week/weeks/part week that you have booked.
