We hope that you enjoy your stay at Grisedale Lodge Bed and Breakfast. The following are terms and conditions for any booking made by telephone, email
or in writing.

* A non-returnable deposit is normally required to confirm your booking or else we reserve the right to
re-let your room.

* If you cancel your booking more than one week before the date of your arrival, your deposit will not be refunded.

* If you cancel within a week of the date of your arrival, your deposit will not be refunded. You will be charged for the full amount of your stay, unless we can re-let all
of the rooms you have booked.

* Check-in time is between 4.00 pm and 6.00 pm (just let us know if you will be much later) and departure time is 10.00 am.
