BED AND BREAKFAST ...

B&B is provided in three newly refurbished and comfortable rooms: 2 double or twin bedrooms with an en-suite shower room; 1 double bedroom with en-suite toilet and wash basin and a spacious, private bathroom with large walk-in shower and bath. The en-suite double bedrooms have the luxury of kingsize beds. All the rooms have lovely views of our garden and the surrounding mountains, with enticing glimpses of the lake.

Centrally heated throughout, each room has tea and coffee making facilities so that you can make your own brew. The rooms are also equipped with a hairdryer, shaver point and toiletries. For your peace and quiet there are no TVs in the bedrooms, but you can use the comfortable guest lounge on the first floor where there is a TV with Sky freeview. There are also plenty of books and info about the local area to help you plan your next day out. Or you can simply relax on the balcony and enjoy the stunning views of the Lakeland scenery.

Full English breakfast is served in the guest lounge. There is a good choice of breakfast cereals, fruit juices, fresh fruit, toast and a hearty cooked breakfast to set you on your way..... We can also provide you with a packed lunch, complete with home made cake and tasty sandwiches made from our own bread. Should just about get you up any hill!

There is off street parking for cars and storage for bikes. And if you do arrive a bit wet (!), we will do our best to get your gear dried. We can also provide a laundry service for a small charge.

Please note that all our rooms are non-smoking and that pets are not allowed. None of our rooms are suitable as family rooms .... sorry!

B&B Tariff for 2008

Double or twin room with en-suite shower:
£32.50 per person per night, based on two people sharing.

Double room with en-suite toilet and luxury, private bathroom:
£32.50 per person per night, based on two people sharing.

Single occupancy:
£40.00 per night (Sunday to Thursday only).
